Solvothermal Preparation and Electrochemical Properties of Co-doped CaTi2O4 (OH)2 Nanosheet

Abstract: CaTi2O4 (OH)2 nanosheet structure was prepared by doping Co ions using anhydrous calcium chloride-TBOT-anhydrous ethanol system via a simple solvothermal method.The microstructure of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The electrical properties of the samples were analyzed by CHI660E electrochemical workstation.Effects of Co ions contents on phase,microstructure and electrical properties of the samples were studied.The results show that the capacity of the samples first increases and then decreases.When Co ions content is 0.2;,the optimum capacity value of the sample is 496.3 F · g-1 at 10 mA/cm2.
