Without the author’s permission, the editors can not apply any unpublished information and materials into their own research. If the contributions involve with the editorial staff’s current or former work or have conflict of interest, avoidance system should be implemented, and the manuscript should be processed by other editorial staff.

Editors should take reasonable responsive measures when ethical complaints have been presented concerning a submitted manuscript or published paper.

    Duties of Reviewers

Manuscripts for review must be treated as confidential documents.

Reviewers who feel unqualified to review the articles should notify the editor and excuse themselves from the review process.
