一例吡嗪羧酸镉配合物的合成、结构及荧光性质研究

Synthesis, Structure and Fluorescence Properties of a Pyrazinyl Carboxylate Cadmium Complex

摘要: 吡嗪化合物因其独特的结构及活性被广泛应用于制药、医学、化学等领域。水热法以水作为溶剂,具有绿色无污染、简单易操作等特点,是合成配合物的首选方法。本文以2,6-双(2-吡嗪基)吡啶-4-对苯甲酸(Hbppc)和CdCl2·2.5H2O为原料,用水热合成法合成了一例新型的配位化合物[Cd(bppc)(H2O)Cl]n,并运用单晶X射线衍射、红外光谱和拉曼光谱分析等手段对配合物的结构进行了表征,结果表明此配合物为一维链状结构。对自由配体2,6-双(2-吡嗪基)吡啶-4-对苯甲酸及配合物[Cd(bppc)(H2O)Cl]n进行荧光分析,结果表明所得配合物具有较好的荧光性质。

Abstract: Pyrazine compounds are widely used in pharmaceutical, medicine, chemistry and other fields due to their unique structure and activity. Using water as solvent, hydrothermal method is the preferred method for complex synthesis because of its green, pollution-free and simple operate. In this paper, 2,6-bis (2-pyrazinyl) pyridine-4-p-benzoic acid (Hbppc) and CdCl2·2.5H2O were used as raw materials, a new coordination compound [Cd(bppc)(H2O)Cl]n was synthesized by hydrothermal method, and its structure was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The results show that the complex has a one-dimensional chain structure. The fluorescence analysis of free ligand 2,6-bis (2-pyrazinyl) pyridine-4-p-benzoic acid and its complex [Cd(bppc)(H2O)Cl]n show that the obtained complex has good fluorescence property.
