Effect of MnO Addtion on 40(50Cu-Ni)-(NiFe2 O4-10NiO) Cermet Inert Anodes

Abstract: The modification experiments focuses on the 40(50Cu-Ni)-(NiFe2O4-10NiO) with MnO in powder metallurgy, The density and corrosion of electricity were studied by different amount of sample, results show that Mn2+ replace part of the matrix Ni2+ during sintering, lattice distortion occurs, increasing the sintering activity. The sample is 18. 5; shrinkage rate when the addition amount of 3wt;, density up to 97. 7;. The impurity content is lower after 24 h electrolysis,the content of Cu, Ni, Mn in aluminum liquid is 0. 069wt;,0. 121wt;,0. 115wt;,0. 028wt;,respectively.
