Synthesis and Photoelectric Properties of Cu2 SnSe3 Nanocrystals with Hot-injection Method

Abstract: Cu2 SnSe3 nanocrystals were synthesized by a hot-injection method using copper acetylacetonate (Ⅱ) (Cu(acac)2), tin (Ⅱ) chloride, and Se-OLA suspension as reaction precursor.As-synthesized Cu2 SnSe3 nanocrystals were characterized by means of TEM , XRD and EDS.The influence of reaction temperatures on the synthesis was discussed .The Cu2 SnSe3 nanocrystals film yields a good photoresponse in photoelectrochemical tests .The results demonstrate that the synthesized Cu 2 SnSe 3 nanocrystals have potential application in the field of photoelectric conversion .
