竹节型结构碳纳米管的形成机制研究

摘要: 利用化学气相沉积制备碳纳米管的过程中,在含氮的气体环境中,竹节型结构的碳纳米管在催化剂的作用下可制备出来.然而,目前对其形成机制仍不十分清楚.本工作中,分析化学气相沉积制备碳纳米管过程中催化剂的状态之后,研究了碳在不同状态催化剂中的扩散,提出了新的竹节型结构碳纳米管形成机制.

Abstract: In the process of preparation of carbon nanotubes(CNTs) by chemical vapor deposition(CVD), bamboo-structured CNTs can be catalytically synthesized from nitric gas environment. However, the formation mechanism of the bamboo-structured CNTs has not been well understood. In the work, the state change of the catalyst particle in the process of growing CNTs by CVD is analyzed, and a new mechanism of forming the bamboo-structured CNTs is put forward after the diffusion of carbon atoms in different states of the catalyst particle is analyzed.
