煅烧温度对溶胶-凝胶合成BCZT纳米粉体的影响

Effect of Calcination Temperature on BCZT Nano-powder Synthesized via Sol-gel Method

摘要: 针对传统固相反应法制备粉体存在的成分偏离和引入杂质等问题,采用溶胶-凝胶方法合成了0.5Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3-0.5(Ba0.7Ca0.3) TiO3(BCZT)无铅纳米粉体,主要研究了煅烧温度对其结构和形貌的影响.TG-DSC、XRD、SEM、TEM、FTIR等测试结果表明:在900~1100℃的温度范围内,溶胶-凝胶合成的BCZT粉体表现为单一的立方相结构;随着煅烧温度的升高,粉体的结晶性逐渐增强,颗粒尺寸增大;适宜的粉体煅烧温度为900,与传统固相反应法相比可降低约400℃;在此煅烧温度下得到的BCZT粉体粒径均匀,尺寸约50 ~ 60 nm,结晶良好,成分均匀.

Abstract: 0.5Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.8) O3-0.5 (Ba0.7Ca0.3) TiO3 (BCZT) nano-powders were synthesized by sol-gel method,and the effect of calcination temperature on structure and morphology was investigated.The results of TG-DSC,XRD,SEM,TEM and FTIR show that the BCZT powders exhibite a single cubic phase structure in the calcination temperatures ranging from 900 ℃ to 1100 ℃.With the increase of calcination temperature,the crystallinity and particle size of the powders increase gradually.The appropriate calcination temperature for sol-gel synthesized BCZT powders is 900 ℃,which is about 400 ℃ lower than that for solid-state reaction.BCZT powders synthesized at 900 ℃ are single-phased and well crystallized with homogenous elemental distribution,whose particle size is 50-60 nm.
