1,4,7-三(2-羟基丙基)-三氦杂环癸烷为配体的Ni(Ⅱ)配合物的合成及晶体结构

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Ni (Ⅱ) Complex Based on 1,4,7-tris (2-hydroxypropyl)-triazacyclodecane Ligand

摘要: 氮功能化的大环三胺衍生物在生物无机化学领域具有广泛的应用.然而,对于十圆环的大环三胺1,4,7-三氮杂环癸烷(TACD)来说,它的氮功能化衍生物由于合成困难而研究较少.本文以1,4,7-三(2-羟基丙基)-三氮杂环癸烷为配体合成了它的Ni(Ⅱ)配合物[NiL]·[ClO4]2,并通过X-衍射技术对其晶体结构进行了表征,结果表明该晶体属于单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群.该配合物为六配位,中心Ni原子处于一个畸变的三棱锥配位环境,六个配位原子分别来自于配体的三个氮原子和三个羟基氧原子,外界阴离子由两个高氯酸跟离子组成.配体的氮原子和氧原子与外界的高氯酸跟离子通过N-H…O氢键连接成一个规则的超分子网络结构.

Abstract: The N-functionalized macrocyclic triamines derivatives have diverse applications in bioinorganic chemistry field.However,for the ten-member 1,4,7-triazacyclodecane (TACD),its N-Functionalized derivatives are less frequently reported because of their difficulty for synthesis.In this study,the complex of [NiL] [ClO4]2 based on N-functionalized ten-member TACD derivatives 1,4,7-tris (2-hydroxypropyl)-triazacyclodecane was synthesized and characterized by physico-chemical and spectroscopic methods.The crystal structure of [NiCl] · [ClO4]2 was determined by X-ray,which indicated the complex belongs to crystallographic system of monoclinic and space group:P2 (1)/n.The complex is hexacoordinate that six coordinating atoms come from three nitrogen atoms and three oxygen atoms of the ligand,and the center Ni atom exists in a distortion three prism coordination environment.A regular supramolecular network structure are formed through the hydrogen bonding N-H…O among the N atoms of the ligand and O atoms from perchlorate anion.
