退火温度对Ce:YAlO3单晶体的影响研究

Effects of Annealing Temperature on Ce: YAIO3 Single Crystal

摘要: 将生长完成的Ce:YAlO2单晶体在1680℃的高温氢气气氛下退火,晶体颜色、吸收光谱和荧光光谱相对于未退火的样品均发生了变化.本文对此现象进行了分析.研究结果表明,1680℃高温氢气退火后,Ce:YAP晶体中同时包含YAP相和YAG相.

Abstract: As-grown Ce: YA1O3( Ce: YAP) single crystal was annealed at 1680 C in H2 atmosphere. The phenomena including color changes, absorption spectra changes and fluorescence spectra changes were observed and analyzed. All results indicate that the H2-annealed Ce: YAP crystal contains both YAP phase and YAG phase.
