Preparation of SnO2 Electron Transport Layer Using SnCl4 Alcohol Aqueous Solution and Its Application in Perovskite Solar Cells

Abstract: Because of the high rate of transmittance and electron mobility , SnO2 was widely used as the electron transport layer in perovskite solar cells .This artical explored a method of preparing SnO 2 electron transport layer through SnCl 4 hydrolysis process , which utilizes anhydrous SnCl 4 as tin precursor , ethanol as solvent and water as oxidant .It is found that the morphology and photoelectric properties of SnO 2 film can be modulated by adjusting the ratio of water to the solution .Through the optimization of production process, efficiency of planar perovskite solar cell improves up to 17.38;.
