Abstract: Graphene Oxide/Tb4O7 composite powders were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis with graphene oxide and Tb 4O7 as raw materials.Graphene/Tb4O7 composite powders were characterized and analyzed by SEM , XRD, visible spectrophotometer .Photocatalytic property of graphene oxide/Tb4 O7 composite powder was tested with Rhodamine B solution as model pollutant under the irradiation of UV (ultraviolet) light.The experimental results show that Tb4O7 particles can be evenly distributed on the surface of graphene oxide in the composite powder; with the increasing of the content of graphene oxide (6;, 8;, 10;) , composite powder has good photocatalytic activity on Rhodamine B solution .The degradation rates of the three composite powders are 98.40;, 98.64; and 98.94; in 60 min.
