Abstract: TiO2/zeolite L composite photocatalyst were prepared by sol-gel method, using trtrabutyl titanate as reaction and zeolite L as the supporter .The samples were characterized by the techniques of XRD, SEM and BET . The important factors that affect photocatalyst performance were tested and discussed by degradation of rhodamine B in the Xenon lamp .The results show that the degradation rate from rhodamine B could reach 99.86;at contions of calcination temperature 300℃, loading of TiO215 mmol/g,radiation time 120 min, amount of catalyst 2 g/L.The degradation rate could reach 96.00;after the photocatalyst was regenerated for 4 times, showing the good stability of the TiO 2/zeolite L composite photocatalyst .Kinetics analysis show that the photocatalytic degradation reaction of rhodamine B can be described by the first-order kinetic equation .
