Abstract: Organic-inorganic halide perovskite solar cells because of their superb photoelectrochemical performance and very low material costs have received extensive attention in recent years, it has been considered a bright application prospects in solar cells. The photoelectrochemical conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells has been greater than 22;, and it shows great potential of development, but poor stability at ultraviolet radiation and water.Hence, the majority of research focus on the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells.Various methods to improve the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells and recent development were reviewed.the goal of this review is to provide the methods which improve the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells.
