Abstract: The nano-phosphor powders of Eu, Li co-doped ZnO were prepared by homogeneous co-precipitation and thermal decomposition method using Zn(NO_3)_2·2H_2O,CO(NH_2)_2,Eu(NO_3)_3·6H_2O and LiNO_3·2H_2O as raw materials. The characteristics of samples were investigated by means of TG-DSC, XRD, SEM, FL. The results showed that the samples exhibited normal size distribution, whose size was about 20~40 nm. The photoluminescence intensity of samples was interrelated with thermal decomposition temperature, ratio of Li and Eu. The maximum emission spectra peak of samples was at λ_(em)=611 nm with 463 nm excitation, corresponding to ~5D_0→~7F_2 transition of Eu.
