表面活性剂辅助法制备纳米Z nO及光催化性能研究

Preparation of Nano ZnO by Surfactant-assisted Method and Its Photocatalytic Property

摘要: 以Zn(NO3)2·6H2 O、氨水和不同的表面活性剂为原料,采用沉淀法制备了具有不同微观形貌和尺寸的纳米ZnO,研究表面活性剂对纳米ZnO光催化降解甲基橙性能的影响.通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)等对所制备纳米ZnO的物相、形貌及光吸收性能进行表征,并对其进行光催化性能测试.结果表明,以CTAB为表面活性剂所制备的纳米ZnO,粒径均匀、分散性良好、无明显团聚现象,并且对甲基橙的光催化降解性能最好,在2 h内降解率可达90.6;.

Abstract: Nano ZnO with different morphologies and sizes were synthesized by precipitation method with Zn( NO3 ) 2·6H2O, ammonia water and different surfactants as raw materials .The effect of surfactants on the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange by nano ZnO was studied . The crystalline phase , morphology , and optical absorption properties of the as-prepared nano ZnO were characterized by X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) , scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) , and UV-Vis spectroscopy etc . The photocatalytic capability of nano ZnO was tested using methyl orange being a degradation material . Results show that nano ZnO prepared by CTAB has uniformed paticle size , good dispersibility and less agglomeration , and exhibited the best photocatalytic degradation property that the degradation percentages is up to 90.6; within 2h.
