Research Progress of Negative Thermal Expansion Ferroelectric Crystals

摘要: 近些年来,负热膨胀材料已成为材料科学的研究热点之一.本文总结了负热膨胀材料发展历程及负热膨胀机理,重点介绍钙钛矿结构和钨青铜结构铁电晶体的生长和热膨胀特性,探讨了晶体结构、铁电相变及负热膨胀机理的关系,对负热膨胀铁电晶体研究和应用提出了建议.

Abstract: Recently,negative thermal expansion (NTE) material is a hot topic in material science.In this paper,the progresses and mechanism of negative thermal expansion materials were reviewed.The crystal growth and thermal expansion characteristics of perovskite and tungsten ferroelectric crystals were introduced in detail.The NTE mechanism was discussed based on the ferroelectric phase transition and the potential applications of NTE were suggested.
